What Happened: The non-binding agreement will facilitate the launch of ETFs under the Truth.Fi brand, a fintech subsidiary of TMTG, according to a press release. The proposed ETFs, expected to comprise a blend of digital assets and&nbsp;securities with a &#8216;Made in&nbsp;America&#8217; emphasis, will be accessible via Crypto.com&#8217;s broker-dealer, Foris Capital US LLC.
The Singapore-based cryptocurrency firm would manage the backend technology, custody, and supply of cryptocurrencies for the ETFs. What Happened: Bitcoin sailed above $88,750 in early trading, its highest in over two weeks, before retreating to the $87,000 region late evening.
Ethereum breached $2,100 following a nearly 4% jump in the last 24 hours.
The rally hit bearish traders as over $158 million in short positions was liquidated from the cryptocurrency market in the past 24 hours.&nbsp;
A further $600 million in shorts risked liquidation if Bitcoin breaches the $90,000 mark.
Bitcoin's Open Interest jumped 4.17% in the last 24 hours, reaching its highest level in a month. Interestingly, nearly 54% of Binance traders were positioned short as of this writing, suggesting that traders eyed a pullback.
The market sentiment remained in the "Fear" zone, according to the Crypto Fear and Greed Index.

The global cryptocurrency market capitalization stood at $2.87 trillion, following an increase of 1.70% in the last 24 hours.
Stocks started the fresh trading week on a strong note. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 597.97 points, or 1.42%, to close at 42,583.32. The S&amp;P 500 spiked 1.76%, ending at 5,767.57. The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite closed 2.27% higher at 18,188.59.
The rally came after Trump hinted that "a lot of countries" <a href="https://in.benzinga.com/government/regulations/25/03/44464382/trump-hints-at-tariff-breaks-cheers-hyundai-21b-bet-with-louisiana-steel-plant-deal">may get tariff relief</a>. He reiterated that reciprocal tariffs are expected to be announced on Apr. 2, but indicated some flexibility.

Analyst Notes: Influential cryptocurrency analyst and trader Rekt Capital highlighted Bitcoin's attempts at reclaiming $88,451 as support.
"Reclaim the 21-EMA as support and Bitcoin will be able to break out to ~$93,500," the analyst projected.

Popular on-chain blockchain analytics firm CryptoQuant, however, cautioned about the leverage-driven Bitcoin pump.
With Open Interest hitting record levels amid BTC's surge to $87,500, the risk of liquidation cascades also increased, CryptoQuant stated.
"If the rally continues, the FOMO could fuel a parabolic move. But if bulls lose control, expect a sharp correction as over-leveraged positions get wiped out."

What Happened: The apex cryptocurrency rose to an intraday high of $86,632.21 in the overnight hours, while Ethereum wiggled in the $2,000 region for most of the day.
The spike comes after Bo Hines, the executive director of the President's Council of Advisers on Digital Assets, <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/25/03/44450232/white-house-says-gold-reserves-may-be-used-to-purchase-bitcoin">suggested in an interview </a>that the U.S. could capitalize on the gains from its gold holdings to purchase more Bitcoin.
The two blue-chip currencies have demonstrated divergent trajectories in March. While Bitcoin has gained 1.94% since the month began, its younger sibling has plunged over 10%.&nbsp;
Additionally, Bitcoin's market dominance has remained at 60%, while Ethereum's share has shrunk from 9.4% to 8.6%.
The spike resulted in the liquidation of $143 million from the cryptocurrency market in the past 24 hours, with short liquidations accounting for $91 million.
Bitcoin's Open Interest surged 5.43% in the last 24 hours. Interestingly, the majority of futures traders were positioned short as of this writing, according to the Long/Short ratio, suggesting that a pullback might be in the works.
The market sentiment remained in the "Fear" region, according to the Crypto Fear and Greed Index.

The rally followed a winning week for stocks, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 11.31 points, or 0.03%, to close at 41,953.32. The S&amp;P 500 fell 0.22% lower at 5,675.29. The tech-focused Nasdaq Composite slid 0.33%, ending at 17,691.63.

Analyst Notes: Influential cryptocurrency analyst and trader Ali Martinez pointed out areas of interest on Bitcoin's price chart.&nbsp;
"Support from $82,590 to $85,150, where 1.16 million investors bought 625,000 BTC," Martinez highlighted.&nbsp;
He also drew attention to the key resistance level between $95,400 and $97,970, where 1.77 million investors bought 1.44 million BTC.

Another well-known trader, Crypto Feras, stated that Ethereum must retake $2150 as support; otherwise, the recent spike would be considered a bearish retest.

"I certainly know quite a few of our clients will be excited as it feels a lead weight has been lifted," Kline added.
Influential cryptocurrency analyst Ali Martinez said that while Ethereum may have breached the $2,000 resistance, $2,400 must be "conquered" for a bullish flip.

"In a typical bull market, people move their sats in profit, resulting in an SOPR greater than 1, unlike in a bear market. From this perspective, the bull market still seems to be in play," the firm said, referring to the Spent Output Profit Ratio, a metric used to measure the profitability of transactions.

Stadelmann believes a privacy-friendly update executed by the Litecoin network in 2022 could be the reason.
"Perhaps Litecoin's 2022 MimbleWimble update, which allows for private transactions where only the sender and receiver know the details, gives Trump pause," Stadelmann told Benzinga.&nbsp;
Notably, the newly added privacy features created a storm, leading to <a href="https://upbit.com/service_center/notice?id=2714">delisting</a> from South Korean cryptocurrency exchanges over conflict with the country's reporting requirements.  
In its defense. Litecoin has stated that MimbleWimble is an <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/20/10/17746253/maker-cardano-litecoin-american-wrap-1012020">optional feature</a>.
A spokesperson from the Litecoin Foundation backed LTC's inclusion in a U.S. cryptocurrency reserve and expressed optimism that things could change for the better.
"We are hopeful that thoughtful consideration is given to projects that can provide long-term value for a crypto reserve, and we are confident that if a crypto reserve is passed in Congress, that Litecoin would inevitably be added, given its similar characteristics to Bitcoin and value proposition."

이러한 추세와는 다르게 Bitwise의 Bitcoin ETF(NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BITB#NYSE">BITB</a>)에서는 이날 1,741만 달러의 자금이 유출되었다.
