The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Home Construction Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of the home construction sector of the U.S. equity market, as defined by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (the Index Provider or SPDJI). The Underlying Index includes companies that are constructors of residential homes, including manufacturers of mobile and prefabricated homes; manufacturers and distributors of furniture; retailers and wholesalers concentrating on the sale of home improvement products; and producers of materials used in the construction and refurbishment of buildings and structures. The companies selected for inclusion in the Underlying Index must meet minimum market capitalization requirements, as determined by the Index Provider. The Underlying Index includes large-, mid- or small-capitalization companies and may change over time. As of March 31, 2024, a significant portion of the Underlying Index is represented by securities of companies in the consumer discretionary, home construction and industrials industries or sectors. The components of the Underlying Index are likely to change over time.
