The Index is designed by Solactive AG (the Index Provider) to track the performance of U.S.-listed exchange-traded funds (ETFs) with a focus on uranium and nuclear energy. The Index is comprised of the Global X Uranium ETF (URA) and the Sprott Uranium Miners ETF (URNM) (Core Components). In addition to the Core Components, an ETF that (1) is listed on NASDAQ Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, NYSE American, or NYSE Arca; (2) is classified as Nuclear Energy under the FactSet Classification Niche; and (3) has a minimum market capitalization of dollar 1 billion will be eligible for inclusion in the Index. The Index is market-capitalization weighted and is rebalanced quarterly. As of May 15, 2024, the Index was comprised of URA and URNM, each of which tracks an index that concentrates in the oil, gas and consumable fuels industry and have significant exposure to the energy sector.
