Cango Produces 450 Bitcoins In June 2025; Completes Previously-Announced Acquisition To Boost Total Hashrate To 50 EH/s

Li Auto Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LI#NASDAQ">LI</a>) released its <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/25/07/g46189067/li-auto-inc-june-2025-delivery-update" rel="noreferrer noopener">latest delivery numbers</a> on Tuesday, reporting 36,279 vehicles delivered in June 2025. This figure represents a 24.1% year-over-year decrease.
However, for the second quarter of 2025, the company saw a 2.4% year-over-year increase, delivering a total of 111,074 vehicles. As of June 30, 2025, Li Auto&#8217;s cumulative deliveries since its inception have reached 1,337,810.
In comparison, Li Auto delivered 47,774 vehicles <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/24/07/39574028/whats-going-on-with-chinese-ev-stocks-nio-li-auto-xpeng-on-monday" rel="noreferrer noopener">in June 2024</a>,&nbsp;up 46.7% year-over-year. This brought its second-quarter 2024 deliveries to 108,581, up 25.5% year-over-year.

Despite an earlier downward revision, Li Auto&#8217;s second-quarter delivery figures surpassed its <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/movers/25/06/46136523/chinas-li-auto-cuts-outlook-as-xiaomi-challenges-ev-giants" rel="noreferrer noopener">adjusted guidance</a>. On June 27, the company had lowered its second quarter delivery forecast from 123,000-128,000 vehicles to about 108,000, explaining the change was due to temporary effects of sales system enhancements.
This adjustment to Li Auto&#8217;s projections coincided with the market entry of Xiaomi&#8217;s (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XIACF#OTC">XIACF</a>) (OTC:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/XIACY#OTC">XIACY</a>) budget-friendly YU7 SUV launch, which intensified pressure on rivals like Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) in the Chinese EV market.
The company said in a press release that the recently launched Li MEGA Home significantly exceeded sales expectations, making Li MEGA the top seller among MPVs priced above 500,000 Chinese yuan regardless of power source.
With the upcoming launches of the six-seat battery electric family SUV Li i8 in July, and the five-seat battery electric family SUV Li i6 in September, the company will establish a product lineup featuring four extended-range electric SUVs, one flagship MPV, and two high-voltage battery electric SUVs.
As of June 30, 2025, the company had 530 retail stores in 151 cities, 511 servicing centers, and Li Auto-authorized body and paint shops operating in 222 cities. It also had 2,851 supercharging stations in operation in China, equipped with 15,655 charging stalls.

Willy Woo, a widely followed Bitcoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/btc/usd">BTC</a>) influencer and analyst, shared a controversial take Monday that called grouping altcoins and BTC under the "crypto" label a bad idea.
What happened: In an X post, Woo recalled a meeting with whom he claimed was the original creator of the Greed and Fear Index for TradFi.
"I asked him what he thought about BTC vs Alts. He nailed it&#8230; BTC is digital hard money. Alts are technology startups," Woo quoted the person as saying.
Woo, a Bitcoin maximalist, argued that BTC and altcoins are very different, and grouping them under the blanket term &#8220;crypto&#8221; is &#8220;dumbest.&#8221;

An X user, Ξffex, countered Woo's arguments, stating that both Bitcoin and altcoins are based on <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/money/what-is-cryptography">cryptography</a>, which serves as the "foundation of blockchain technology."
Another user, Aldo, argued for greater nuance, pointing out that several altcoins also differed significantly from one another.
They highlighted Litecoin (CRYPTO: <a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/ltc/usd">LTC</a>)'s role in settling transactions, noting that it was far from being a technology startup.

Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited ("TAFE"), one of the world's largest manufacturers of tractors and farm equipment, announced today that a comprehensive settlement and resolution has been reached withAGCO Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/AGCO#NYSE">AGCO</a>) ("AGCO") on all matters relating to brand, commercial issues and shareholding.
The settlement encompasses the following key features:
<ul>
<li>Ownership of Massey Ferguson brand will rest with TAFE as the sole and exclusive owner for India, Nepal and Bhutan including all rights, title and interest in "Massey Ferguson" and related trademarks and all goodwill associated therewith.</li>
<li>TAFE will buy back AGCO's shares in TAFE which amounts to 20.7% of TAFE's equity for a consideration of $260 million thereby making TAFE a wholly owned subsidiary of the Amalgamations Group, a diversified industrial conglomerate, headquartered in Chennai, India.</li>
<li>TAFE will retainits shareholding in AGCO at an ownership level of 16.3%, and not exceed it, while participating in AGCO's future buyback programs to maintain its proportionate ownership subject to certain exceptions.</li>
<li>TAFE will support AGCO by voting of its shares in favor of all the recommendations of AGCO's Board of Directors at shareholder meetings, subject to certain exemptions.</li>
<li>TAFE will remain a long-term investor in AGCO through planned periodic interactions with AGCO leadership.</li>
<li>While all commercial agreements between TAFE and AGCO will be mutually terminated; TAFE will honour outstanding supply orders and continue to supply parts for all markets on agreed terms.</li>
<li>All ongoing legal proceedings will be irrevocably and unconditionally withdrawn. A consent decree will be sought in the three suits relating to Massey Ferguson brand-currently pending before the Madras High Court in India.</li>
</ul>
The agreements will become effective upon the completion by AGCO and TAFE of certain governmental and other processes in India relating to the repurchase of the shares held by AGCO in TAFE.

Bitcoin made a powerful recovery, fueled by tariff exemptions and trade de-escalation, and went on to set a new all-time high of $111,970. Market sentiment has been buoyed by <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/crypto/25/06/46107611/bitcoin-tops-this-key-level-as-institutions-pile-on-ethereum-dogecoin-rangebound-analyst-says-buying-btc-now-is-like-buying-it-for-20000-in-2020">continued institutional interest</a> and a gradual rebound in network activity. Overall, it gained about 15% in the first six months of 2025.
Looking ahead, analysts remain divided but optimistic about Bitcoin&#8217;s prospects for the rest of the year.
Michael Terpin, CEO of Transform Ventures and author of the book "Bitcoin Supercycle, expected the King Crypto to trend upward in the second half.
"While I don't see a 10x growth in the next six months, I do see a clear path to $200,000 and a blowoff top fueled by the explosion in Bitcoin treasury companies of $250,000 or higher," he stated. "This is where every four-year cycle moves from the bubble pop of Bitcoin Summer to the road to capitulation at the end of Bitcoin Fall."
Closely aligned with this projection was Kadan Stadelmann, blockchain developer and chief technology officer of Komodo Platform.
"Many factors point towards a Bitcoin price of between $180,000 and $250,000 by year's end, including increased investment by U.S. retirement funds, global sovereign wealth funds, nation-states via strategic Bitcoin reserves, and Bitcoin Treasuries in the private sector," Stadelmann told Benzinga.
