In New Hampshire, 91.6% of seniors receive benefits, and they collect an average of $2,087.54 per month. Massachusetts has 82.8% of its senior population drawing Social Security, with an average payment of $1,979.84.
Washington follows with 90% of seniors receiving benefits and an average monthly check of $2,003.81. In New York, 83.1% of older residents depend on Social Security, with average benefits amounting to $1,922.40.
Delaware has 90.1% of seniors on Social Security and an average check of $2,085.16. In New Jersey, 85% of seniors collect benefits, receiving an average of $2,087.95 every month.

Energy Transfer LP (NYSE:<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ET#NYSE">ET</a>) today announced its subsidiary, Energy Transfer LNG Export, LLC (Energy Transfer LNG), has entered into a 20-year LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Kyushu Electric Power Company, Inc. (Kyushu) related to its Lake Charles LNG project. This follows Energy Transfer's recent announcement of a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with MidOcean Energy for approximately 5.0 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG production from Lake Charles LNG. Energy Transfer LNG also recently signed a SPA with an international energy company for 1.0 mtpa of LNG and an HOA with a German energy company for 1.0 mtpa of LNG.
Under the SPA with Kyushu, Energy Transfer LNG will supply up to 1.0 mtpa of LNG. The LNG will be supplied on a free-on-board (FOB) basis, and the purchase price will consist of a fixed liquefaction charge and a gas supply component indexed to the Henry Hub benchmark. The obligations of Energy Transfer LNG under the SPA are subject to Energy Transfer LNG taking a positive final investment decision (FID) on the Lake Charles LNG project and satisfying other conditions precedent.

BP Announces First Gas At Mento Off Trinidad's Southeast Coast

Future Fund's Managing Director, Gary Black, says the investment firm sold off the remainder of its Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TSLA#NASDAQ">TSLA</a>) stocks.
What Happened: "We believe TSLA's valuation has become disconnected from underlying fundamentals," Black said in a post on social media platform X on Wednesday. This is the first time since 2021 that the firm does not hold any Tesla stock.

Black highlighted how the company's stock is overvalued, selling at a price-to-earnings ratio of 188% despite a -40% YTD decline in earnings estimates. He also highlighted how the firm estimates Tesla deliveries to decline by -12% YoY, rather than market estimates of -7%.
"We believe the risk/reward associated with the Austin robotaxi test remain asymmetrical to the downside," Black said, reiterating his earlier comments about the Robotaxi launch.
The investor also shared his concerns that the upcoming affordable model in Tesla's lineup would be a "stripped down Model Y" rather than a new form factor that could expand the automaker's total addressable market.
"This increases odds that FY'25 estimates decline further, risking a repeat of 2023-2024, when TSLA reduced EV prices supported by lower costs, and TSLA saw little or no incremental volume growth," Black said.
He then reiterated the $310 price target for Tesla stock based on his estimates of Tesla's 2030 volumes as well as $12 adjusted earnings per share for the company, before highlighting that the stock could reach a $600 value in 2030 with 25% growth in EPS between 2030-2040.
Why It Matters: Black's decision to sell his Tesla stock follows ARK Investment's Cathie Wood selling off over <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/25/05/45660989/cathie-wood-ditches-5-6m-more-tesla-while-elon-musk-quits-government-role-doubles-down-on-ai-stock-under-attack-b">$5.6 million in Tesla shares</a>. Wood isn't the only one who has recently dumped Tesla stock, as company insiders, including Musk's brother Kimbal Musk, who is a member of the Tesla board of directors, also sold off more than <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/insider-trades/25/05/45651670/tesla-insider-sales-increase-ahead-of-robotaxi-launch-kimbal-musk-ira-ehrenpreis-sell-190m">$31 million in Tesla shares</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Elsewhere, other analysts like Gerber Kawasaki's Ross Gerber are <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/tech/25/05/45663281/despite-bearish-views-ross-gerber-says-tesla-stake-remains-weve-continued-lowering-our-exposure">still holding on</a> to Tesla stocks. "We&#8217;ve continued lowering our exposure to tesla as we have over the last few years," he said before adding, &#8220;We are not exiting the position for many reasons.&#8221;
Despite experts and insiders selling off Tesla shares, the company is getting ready for the launch of its Robotaxi in Austin, for which the EV giant is reportedly targeting a <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/tech/25/05/45662671/tesla-targets-june-12-for-robotaxi-launch-in-austin-elon-musk-says-company-ramped-up-fsd-testing-a-month-ahead-of-schedule">June 12 date</a>.

An exchange between President Donald Trump and a reporter at a White House press briefing has gone viral on social media, after the latter confronted him on a Wall Street &#8220;meme&#8221; that is gaining traction, the so-called &#8220;TACO Trade.&#8221;
What Happened: On Wednesday, The Kobeissi Letter posted a video snippet of Trump&#8217;s recent interaction with the White House press, where he was asked about the new term coined by Wall Street, the TACO trade, or the &#8220;Trump Always Chickens Out Trade.&#8221;
The TACO trade is essentially a tongue-in-cheek strategy where investors buy stocks right after Trump makes fresh tariff threats, knowing fully well that he won&#8217;t follow through with them, thus leading the markets to bounce back.

&#8220;You can't make this up: A reporter just asked President Trump about the ‘TACO' (Trump Always Chickens Out) trade,&#8221; the post says, featuring the snippet that shows the entire conversation between Trump and the reporter. 
Trump&#8217;s response was swift, in defense of his past tariff moves, citing the examples involving China and the European Union. He says he brought down tariffs on China from 145%, after asking them to &#8220;open up your whole country.&#8221;

Regarding the EU, Trump says that his decision to slap 50% tariffs on the region led officials to urgently request negotiations. &#8220;They said &#8216;Please, let's meet right now,'&#8221; adding that he set the deadline for talks after confirming their willingness. Trump then asks, &#8220;You call that chickening?&#8221;
Why It Matters: Several other economists and market experts have called out Trump&#8217;s backing off from tall claims and threats in recent weeks.
Economist Nouriel Roubini said last week that <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/economics/macro-economic-events/25/05/45367790/dr-doom-nouriel-roubini-says-trump-chickened-out-in-trade-war-with-china-calls-xi-jinping-the-clear-winner-after-tariff-rollback">it was Trump</a> who &#8220;chickened out&#8221; in the trade war with China, while calling Xi Jinping the &#8220;clear winner&#8221; on the tariff rollback.
Roubini had also mentioned over a month ago that the entire situation surrounding Trump&#8217;s tariffs was like a &#8220;three-way game of chicken&#8221; between Trump, Xi Jinping, and Fed Chair Jerome Powell. He went on to predict that it will be <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/25/04/44754363/dr-doom-transforms-to-dr-boom-nouriel-roubini-says-mickey-mouse-could-be-us-president-and-economy-will-keep-growing">Trump who blinks first</a>.
In recent months, dip buying by retail investors has hit whole new levels, with $15 billion making its way into the markets every day, according to Morgan Stanley (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/MS#NYSE">MS</a>).

This can be attributed to the very same phenomenon, retail investors expect Trump to either backtrack on his statements, or ease back on the timelines. 
Last week, the co-founder of Fundstrat Global Advisors, Tom Lee, made a statement saying &#8220;Congrats to those ‘buying the dip,'&#8221; signaling <a href="https://benzinga.com/markets/equities/25/05/45511356/tom-lee-cheers-on-buy-the-dip-crowd-as-retail-investors-pour-4-1-billion-into-stocks-tesla-palantir-lead-inflows">his approval</a> of the strategy.
